  • Plan, manage, and execute paid search and social media campaigns for high budget clients. This includes copywriting, ad design, audience creation and segmentation, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.

Paid Search Campaign Manager

July 2017 – January 2019

Managed a baseline between 55-95 clients each month. Created and managed paid search, display, and social campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads. Each client’s monthly advertising budget ranged from $800 – $4,000.

I conducted monthly strategy sessions with my clients to edit ad copy, choose new audience targeting, and translate reporting trends into campaign recommendations. I was also available for one-on-one training and onboarding to help my clients use Thryv, our proprietary marketing automation software, and CRM tool.

I collaborated with 2 colleagues on a weekly departmental newsletter called What The Help, where we curated news of updated internal processes, digital marketing industry knowledge, and training materials in an edutainment format.

In this role, I was recognized by clients, peers, and management by being awarded Employee of the Month and Department MVP.

Senior Digital Web Consultant

August 2016 – May 2017

I provided website design consultations and copywriting services for more than 100 clients. I created content for service pages, blog posts, e-mail marketing campaigns, and social media posts for local business owners and service providers such as electricians, plumbers, HVAC, home improvement contractors, doctors, dentists, lawyers, and more.

I worked closely with supervisors and senior managers on escalated accounts, saving approximately $10,000 in monthly revenue through win-back consultations. I also held internal copywriting and design training sessions, which in turn reduced our team turnaround time by 50%.

Digital Support Supervisor

May 2015 – July 2016

In my most memorable career role, I managed a blended team of 10 Website Maintenance Specialists, 5 Digital Reporting Admins, and 1 Custom Website Developer. This required blending 5 departments into 1 multifunctional team while assisting in relocating operations from California to Texas.

I worked closely with my team to improve our phone queue service level from 85% to 98%, with an average of 400 calls/month. We also worked on a sprint to reduce a backlog of more than 1,000 social media management cases aging 10+ days. In 3 weeks, we managed to eliminate the backlog and keep our queue at a 24 hour turnaround time.

With our growing and everchanging department, I collaborated with our Training department on curriculum writing for Website Maintenance and Digital Administration job aids, training materials, and productivity dashboards and reports via Excel and Salesforce.

Digital Social Media Specialist

May 2012 – May 2015

I provided inbound phone and e-mail support to our clients and sales partners, resolving any website and social media concerns. In 3 years, I established over 4,000 clients’ social media presence by creating a Facebook business page. Page creation included written text content, graphic design, and content scheduling.

I also worked with our URL Management department on a 3-month special project to assist 100+ clients with DNS and domain support for their 3rd party website hosts. I collaborated with our Training department on curriculum writing for Social Media team job aids and training materials.

In this role, I was awarded Employee of the Month followed by Employee of the Quarter, recognized for my productivity and responsibility.

Social Media Coordinator

April 2010 – January 2011

As an integral member of the Search team, I drove over 100,000 unique visits to our blogs in 8 months using social media profiles on Facebook, Twitter, Digg, Reddit, StumbleUpon, and Tumblr. I was able to foster partnerships with other personal finance bloggers that included the exchange of written or multimedia content.
